Its an amazing piece of software that pretty much brings all of Googles. This is a handy little program by Google that not many people are actually aware of.
Next, go to the SDK Update Sites tab and click the plus icon on the right side of the window.

In their infinite wisdom, they also decided that they should create a 'Chrome App Launcher' shortcut on the desktop when you install an App. They've separated those into Websites & Apps & left Extensions as-is.
