Other on-property updates include a new zero-entry pool and waterslide, kids’ activity center with family-friendly games and offerings - including a seasonal "Dive-In" movie series - and modernized courtyard areas. The casual chic concept will incorporate earthy wood elements, colorful floral and pattered tiles, and beautiful hanging wood pendant lighting throughout the space. In addition, the poolside restaurant will feature a gelato bar with a variety of seasonal and signature locally-sourced flavors, and fire pits for nightly s’mores making.
The restaurant will offer local craft beers, gourmet burgers and hand-crafted signature pizzas. Chef Gil brings an extensive background in hotel and resort culinary programs, most recently leading his team at Viejas Casino & Resort to achieve the acclaimed AAA Four Diamond Award.
